Hi, I'm Lea Palizzolo, LMT, a licensed massage therapist in Concord, New Hampshire, specializing in deep tissue and focused therapeutic massage.
I've been practicing massage therapy since 2011, and over the past 15 years, I've developed an approach centered around targeted, effective work for clients dealing with chronic muscle tension, stiffness, soreness, and areas that simply never seem to loosen up.
I believe massage should be more than a temporary escape. While relaxation is always part of the experience, my goal is to help you leave your session feeling a noticeable difference in your body.
Every massage is customized. I combine deep tissue techniques with focused therapeutic work based on what your body needs that day-whether that means spending extra time on a stubborn problem area, addressing overall tension, or simply helping your body slow down and reset.
I also incorporate cupping therapy when appropriate to complement hands-on massage and help address areas of muscular and fascial tension.
After 15 years as a massage therapist, i know that no two bodies-and no two sessions-are exactly alike. My approach is attentive, personalized, and focused on providing effective massage in comfortable, welcoming environment.
